Job Description
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair CBE-supported products including DVRs, cameras, network switches, monitors, and other equipment.
- Responsible for troubleshooting problems with PC hardware and software.
- Work with team members to complete tasks/projects on schedule.
- Diagnose and repair equipment in a timely manner per daily schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of computer systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficient using Windows OS and any related software.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware and software.
