Responsibilities

  • Provides consumers with injections as prescribed by the staff psychiatrist

  • Informs the staff psychiatrist of any identified side effects or problems with consumer medication

  • Monitors consumers’ health and medical issues and makes treatment recommendations as needed

  • Ensures all clinical and administrative documentation is completed according to program procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey

  • Previous experience with the psychiatric population preferred

  • Valid New Jersey driver's license

Morris Plains, New Jersey

Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-4pm
