We currently seek an LPN for our Central Phoenix Facility.
The LPN is responsible for completing nursing assessments for new and existing patients, associated labs for patients receiving medication services, and for providing medication services based on medical practitioner orders. Our ideal candidate must have excellent communication and documentation skills. The LPN assists the RNs, physicians, and nurse practitioners working with patients individually, as well as via telemedicine.
Skills/ Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a current LPN license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Experience working with substance abuse and behavioral health populations is highly desirable.
