Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented (insert job title)to join our team. Primary responsibility is to welcome new clients to CBIZ CentrallyHR, introduce the process they will follow for implementation, confirm the services purchased, and provide next steps to get their Centrally HR project started.

Additional duties include assistance with billing and other administrative functions related to client processing.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Collaborate with the sales producer upon order acceptance to understand client needs and expectations, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation
  • Host Welcome call with client to review order, implementation, methodology, and next steps
  • Assist with the setup of client billing in the system and other administrative duties
  • Ensure internal controls are followed accurately
  • Effectively operate and use all departmental software.
  • Record changes as appropriate to respective software program(s)
  • Support internal employees; act as mentor for less experienced employees
  • Work to exceed department metrics and goals as established by manager and team leader
  • Deliver customer service according to commitments and standards set forth by the department
  • Meet established deadlines
  • Communicate effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation or client services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Experience with HR, Payroll, and Time Management Software

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
