Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for but not limited to overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. As well as experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols on-site
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
