Job Role: Field Services Technician
Location: Allen, TX
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Description:
Primary and secondary skills: Under supervision of Regional Field Service Manager install configure, service, maintain information technology systems and applications. Maintain a daily IMAC, Incident, and Refresh resolution rate of 5 tickets per day
Detail JD : Imaging and reimaging of Windows \ Dell Hardware
o IMAC
o Perform Software Installations
o Smart Hands Activities
o Provide remote support for users traveling or at home.
o Provide accurate asset information within ticketing system to ensure an accurate asset database
o Perform refresh of end user devices in alignment with refresh schedules
o Assist with inventory activities as required weekly and monthly
o Maintain an incident/IMAC resolution/closure rate of 5 tickets per day
o Ability to work within Service Now
o Strong ability to interact with Customers
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Allen, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
