Job Description Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting Corporate Treasury’s cash management activities. Responsibilities: Responsible for Bank KYC and Bank Administration, which includes opening and closing of bank accounts and adding/removing authorized signatories. Work with FX group and Legal to prepare Legal Entity Identifier Renewals annually and for any new entities. Work with FX group to create ISDAs. Will be support for daily cash management activities, including approving wires in bank portals and SAP as needed and approve commercial paper deals as needed. Will be responsible for downloading all bank statements. Works with the Bank Account Management program in SAP and ensuring that the information is correct and up to date. Will be a user admin in bank portals. Assisting with the addition, removal, and modification of users. Will be doing research on AP and Accounting questions and provide requested documentation or confirmations when needed. Will prepare semi-annual and annual bank portal listings. Will serve as a back-up for Intercompany Loans in SAP. Will serve as a back-up for the Visual Lease application. Will work with the Mexico Treasury team to learn different parts of their activities to serve as a back-up. Will work with the Market Risk Team and serve as a back-up for basic FX and Commodities trading. Support the Treasury department in ad hoc projects. Recommended Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related. 1-3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or general business. Management Computer Systems Excel, Word, SAP, Hyperion etc. Proven ability to achieve results and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Basic Skills to Be Successful: Strong communication skills Functional Skills and Knowledge Strong Analytical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Integrity and Trust Follow Through Attention to Detail Workplace requirements: Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time.
