About the role
We’re looking for a wide-ranging and highly-motivated individual that is seeking a position with the global leader in commercial real estate services. The purpose of this position is to build Power Apps as well as dashboards from both new and existing data, maintain existing dashboards, and perform data mining/analysis.
You will be working closely with leadership to collect requirements, design reports, and present data to ensure our collaborators make the best business decisions. You will also maintain and troubleshoot published solutions, and work to continuously improve the team by finding opportunities to improve our data pipelines.
This role will help our clients develop budgets, benchmark facility operating costs, and predict upcoming capital requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a broad set of abilities across five key categories: Microsoft Power Platform, experience in data modeling and relational databases, project management, strong client-facing communications, and familiarity with the outsourced facility services industry.

What you’ll do
- Develop front-ends for data collection in MS Power Apps.
- Design dashboards for based on the changing needs of a fast paced business.
- Develop new features for existing solutions and modernize legacy solutions to adapt to our growing account.
- Find and ingest data sources. Develop data structures and pipelines to coordinate, collect, cleanse, and standardize data to generate insights and address reporting needs.
- Find opportunities to improve data usage, applying modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance.
- Perform both technical lead and project manager responsibilities for business intelligence projects.
- Create, maintain and optimize creative data visualizations and dashboards (primarily in PowerBI and Tableau) to derive concrete intelligence.
- Prepare formal presentations and/or written reports describing project methodology, scope, key assumptions, and results.
- Collaborate with CBRE’s Digital and Technology team to implement automated technical solution for business intelligence projects.
What you’ll need
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint administration, Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience creating Power Apps from scratch.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills. Ability to create integrated data models from disparate sources. Understanding of relational databases. Skilled in dashboard design and development. Power BI and Tableau skills are required. Proficiency in database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server is desired.
- Generally Tech savvy; keeps abreast of the latest technology trends and advances.
- Advance experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc). Ability to use query and report generation tools. Self-service/web based application experience desired.
- Up to 15% travel is required.
