About the role
As the Product Manager, you will lead all aspects of the Agile Team product vision and strategy.
Product Leadership
- Collaborate to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and help to set key business goals for your product.
- Ability to understand the market, help to complete the product roadmap and backlog. Focus on the highest impact work to the customer.
- Apply product knowledge and customer feedback to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for the product.
- Remain in constant engagement with client partners and product management to ensure alignment and that needs are met.
- Implement effective demand management and prioritization across several internal groups.
- Use. functional expertise to align product backlog items to product strategy.
- Translate into relevant Epics and Stories so that the Agile Team can deliver.
- Responsible for prioritization of features, user stories, and other product backlog items at a macro level with leadership, internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize product backlog by adjusting any long-term expectations, such as release plans.
- Accountable for working with release management to develop release plans that align with external projects and corporate initiatives.
- Partner with product teams across the organization to help achieve business goals
- Consider customer interests and prioritize.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects/Engineers to understand architecture.
- Review and accept completed user stories from the Agile Team.
- Encourage an open exchange of information and viewpoints.
- Cultivate urgency to achieve customer goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles; proactively tackle problems.
Agile Leadership
- Participate and facilitate in Agile ceremonies with Agile Teams
- Ensure backlog refinement sessions adhere to overall product vision and targets.
- Provide vision and direction to agile development team(s) and customers throughout the product development process.
- Collaborate with team to define definition of done and definition of ready for product backlog items.
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint.
- Partner with Scrum Master across the teams to ensure alignment.Develop relationships with to enable feedback loop.
- Keep abreast with Agile standards and new trends.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
- 4 years of technology Product Owner/Management experience, preferably with product delivery and/or working with Real Estate
- 2 years of experience integrating enterprise business information systems, preferably with knowledge of APIs and developer tools such as Swagger, Postman, JSON, REST
- Passion to inspire others to achieve goals and high standards of performance
- Strong investigative, analytical abilities.
- Executive presence.
- Ability to work as a part of and leader of a team.
- Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business, customers, and technology teams
- Proven track record to lead a body of work with cross functional partners
