Job Purpose :
The Solution Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of technical solutions from initiation through to implementation.
This role involves project scoping, coordinating resources, monitoring project progression, and supporting smooth transitions through various project phases.
This role will require excellent communication skills, working with customers, project managers, engineers and pre-sales resources.
Essential Functions :
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support successful delivery of solutions.
- Manage solution specific project implementation plans.
- Work with project managers to ensure solution process are followed.
- Conduct project scoping to estimate time and resources required.
- Monitor project activities and address any issues or roadblocks.
- Organize project documentation providing smooth transition to operations.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure resources are properly assigned.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Education
Two years of College or Technical School resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses
N / A
Experience
- 5 plus Years of Experience providing delivery services for technical solutions
- PMP or Prince II Certifications
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience in coordinating technical projects or activities.
- Strong understanding of technical solutions and implementation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving
