Salon Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist with retail sales, including upselling salon products
- Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and appointments
- Organizational skills to keep track of schedules, appointments, and inventory
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Retail math knowledge to accurately process payments and handle cash

Please note that this position does not require any previous salon experience. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the necessary skills and qualities.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in retail math and cash handling to ensure accurate transactions
- Prior experience in retail sales and customer service roles
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
- Familiarity with basic math and stocking procedures
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to upsell products to customers
