What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent – Veteran owned & operated brokerage position at CCD?
We are looking for a qualified real estate agent to work with an elite team serving Active-Duty Military and Veteran families looking to purchase or sell properties around Joint Base Lewis McChord, Bangor Navy Base, NAS Everett, NAS Whidbey Island, US Coast Guard Base Seattle, and Fairchild AFB.
We are expanding operations to 75 more Active Military Bases around the US and need to expand our team. We have a steady flow of thousands of military service members in need of housing each year. They come to us through multiple platforms, driven by a robust marketing and technology strategy. Leads will be communicated with you through live chat, email, phone, or video chat.

This is not a typical workplace environment. Every employee is a Veteran or Military Spouse, or other dependent of a service member.
Responsibilities:
- Generating client leads to buy or sell properties
- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers.
- Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed real estate agent.
- Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license.
- Experience with sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision.
- Driven, adaptive, motivated, and desires professional growth.
- Proficient using Hardware and Software Technology.
- Ability to build rapport over the phone/live chat/video.
- Well spoken, professional, and empathetic.
- Must be able to coordinate and time-manage multiple lead situations at a time.
- Must have access to high-speed internet.

Compensation – 1099 Independent Contractor, commission only
