Opening its doors in 2013 and expanding in 2017, this state-of-the-art acute care facility has 177 patient rooms and offers services in a wide variety of specialties to meet community needs. You'll be supported as you follow your dreams and find where you belong, here at Tradition Hospital.
As a Nursing Operations Manager, you will serve as the agent responsible for any circumstances requiring immediate response, resolution or referral(House Supervisor.) You will also provide leadership and support to nursing caregivers and be a clinical resource.
The hours of this full-time position is 3 12 hour night shift ( 7PM-7:30AM) once orientation is complete . This is a rotating schedule among all three Martin Hospitals( Martin North, South, and Tradition.)
Required qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
· BSN from an accredited school of professional nursing.
· Current Valid and Active FL licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
· Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) must be presented upon hire.
· 2-3 years of current full time experience in an acute care setting
· Charge/Lead RN Experience
· Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining great patient care at the forefront.
· Flexibility - Rotating Schedule at all three Martin Hospitals
