What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Manager, Pharmaceutical Division position at CCG Marketing Solutions?
CCG Marketing Solutions, a technology driven fulfillment solutions provider, is seeking a Client Success Manager to support a range of pharmaceutical clients. You will be helping marketing brand managers and sample operations drive product awareness throguh bulk field distributions and product sampling. Our ideal candidate is a progressive thinking, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and thorough process-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage fulfillment programs from inception through distribution and post-execution reporting.- Participate in weekly client status meetings & business reviews
- Ensure SLA’s and program expectations are being met
- Work in conjunction with other departments (Estimating, Warehouse Ops, Production, Print, Quality) to manage tactical program/job execution including, but not limited to, inventory & order management, warehouse receiving, ad hoc offset and digital print, standard direct mail and fulfillment projects.
- Provide real-time status on all projects to internal project teams and client stakeholders
- Assertive follow-up with internal and external stakeholders – anticipate and manage project delays
- Proactive inventory management – low stock/short date/expired inventory analysis, periodic cycle counts, inventory destruction
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required.- This role requires a high degree of organization, assertiveness, responsive and effective communication skills, and a proactive mindset
- 5 years working in an Account Management or Customer Experience related role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated history working with multiple clients in fast moving environment
- Adaptability to frequent new systems and processes
- Any experience in inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus.
