CCH Healthcare is seeking a Regional Recruiter for their North Carolina facilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit staff through job fairs, on-site at the facility and job fairs in the community.
- Work with local resources including chamber of commerce and other marketing venues for staff recruitment.
- Visit on site to understand and build upon the culture of the facility.
- Work with facility based recruitment teams to design/develop and encourage employee recruitment and retention programs.
- Maintain contact with prospective applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Work with state and local schools, licensing boards, etc to maintain a databank of potential candidates.
- Work with facility administrators, human resources, department managers for recruitment and retention programs.
- Coordinate with marketing, activities and other facility staff on community events
- Assist/support frontline staff with employee recruitment, mentoring programs, retention
- Stay abreast of accurate and unbiased wage information while seeing the global “picture” of the region, providing this information on a regular basis.
- Assist/support onboarding and welcoming to all new staff, developing welcome programs, coordinating new staff meet and greets, sending personalized cards welcoming new staff, working with facilities to ensure retention programs
- Maintain weekly contact with HR Directors for open positions.
There will be some travel to the facilities depending on needs.
