CCI Engineering Services is seeking a Business Analyst Manager to interface with business users, product owners, and IT development to proactively create and maintain solutions for business needs. The ideal candidate will come from a background in business and data analysis, supervision/management of successful teams fostered in a positive environment and will be able to work very well in partnership with our Engineering Services Leadership teams. Responsibilities
- Collaborate and team with coworkers, partners, technologies, and customers in all areas of responsibilities to identify, develop and implement the best solutions.
- Manage the workflow of all system enhancement ideas, requests, and strategic initiatives, including overall prioritization, communication, status updates, implementation success and escalation if goals are at risk.
- Serve as a liaison between the development team and end users to plan and execute user acceptance training.
- Ensure teams are executing on appropriate strategic initiatives in the expected timeframe and resolve roadblocks for completion.
- Manage Engineering’s software development, administration, and ongoing maintenance of existing and new applications.
- In conjunction with IT, manage Engineering’s IT Product Owner responsibilities.
- Coach, develop, train, manage, and support all direct reports, including staffing needs and maintaining staffing projections.
- Participate in Engineering Strategic Planning to ensure continuous improvement and existing support needs are attainable, realistic and scheduled appropriately.
- Facilitate planning, scheduling, and execution of application deployments by coordinating with the Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement and development teams (both new applications and new features) to minimize impact to business operations.
- Manage requirements gathering and be able to report on demand the status of all ongoing initiatives, including their projected start and finish dates.
- Meet regularly with key personnel to ensure that information flows in both directions and to ensure that stated projects, goals and objectives are met and communicated.
- Distribute tasks to appropriate team members to lead in requirements gathering for assigned internal and third-party systems.
- Exercise sound independent judgement in regard to determining the best course of action to match project and initiative requirements.
- Ensure best practices across the team(s) when creating, monitoring, and maintaining Engineering business applications within software systems.
- Coordinate to ensure training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to business users for assigned initiatives and projects.
- Conduct performance reviews for direct reports. Create an environment and goals for employees to be continually challenged.
- Interaction including but not limited to peers, direct reports, all levels of management, project coordinators, customers, vendors, etc. will take place daily.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Highly personable, excellence-driven, and motivated candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis & Management, Continuous Improvement, Project or Operations Management, or equivalent field.
- 1-3 years of experience of supervision/management of successful teams which foster positivity, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- 2- or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Database Administration, or equivalent field of study strongly preferred.
- Lean process experience and/or certifications, i.e., Six Sigma, IASSC, or Kaizen preferred.
- Experience with developing and mapping process, creating comprehensive business process documentation, and providing any necessary process improvements over time.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.; Knowledge of MS Access or similar easy-code databases, i.e., Quickbase.
- Strong project management and problem solving/root cause analysis skills.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Effectively work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Able to effectively communicate both written and verbal, to prepare reports and discuss plans.
- Willingness to learn; adapts and accepts increased responsibility to support departmental goals and initiatives.
- Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated.

- Must be able to sit, use a computer, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time.
Shift is full-time, 40 hours per week minimum, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. Must be flexible, and willing and able to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
