We are seeking a Recruiter to find, attract and hire employees to fill open positions to meet CCI Systems workforce needs and goals. They will communicate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify existing and future hiring needs. They are responsible for attracting talent using various sources such as career fairs, social media networks, job boards, and employee referrals. The recruiter is responsible for posting requisitions, screening, interviewing, assessing candidates and recommending hires.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Manage a full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Research, build networks, and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Manage the recruitment platform in our HRIS system; open and close requisitions, maintain and update applicant status, update various external job boards and cost associated with them, post on social media, and create internal HubSpot Campaigns.
- Manage the interview process and review resumes, screen applicants, select qualified candidates, schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Create job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to finalize requirements.
- In collaboration with the Marketing department, create social media marketing.
- Communicate CCI Systems information and benefits during the screening process.
- Conduct phone and video interviews in collaboration with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Define the recruitment process with individual hiring managers and collaborate throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to make hiring recommendations, assist with the employment offer process, identify, and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation, and company policies.
- Attend community events, career fairs, and additional meetings as required.
- Stay current on the organizational structure for each of the business units.
- Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Complete timely reports on employment activity monthly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills we are looking for
- 2 or 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- 2 years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is preferred.

- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an HRIS system, and other recruitment systems and platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, or related software.
- Understanding of social media platforms and job boards.
- Must be driven, self-motivated, be able to maintain positivity in pressured situations, and be passionate about helping others.
- Leadership with skills to positively influence others, collaborate with teammates, communicate on the level of others, listen, and understand people in circumstances common in the workplace.

- Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Minimal travel may be required.
Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required.
