Marketing Communications Assistant

We are looking for a competent and dedicated Marketing Communications Assistant to join a fast-paced marketing team. Because your responsibilities will be varied and multi-faceted, solid professional abilities are essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations, as well as contact with clients, in order to successfully communicate the company's message to the general media and general public. You must have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of marketing trends.
Responsibilities:

  • Create a communication strategy and put it into action.
  • Organize and oversee promotional activities.
  • Recommend methods for enhancing the company's public image.
  • Ascertain that all promotional and marketing materials adhere to the company's branding strategy.
  • Identify and resolve any problems with promotional content as quickly as possible and professionally.
  • Serve as a point of contact for questions from the general public.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
  • Organizational skills, multi-tasking
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
