This is a 1st shift position. Hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm
Primary function of the position:
Initiate and maintain robust training program across the organization including training and/or overseeing the training of departmental staff. Administrator/Power User for the document control system (training module).
Describe the major elements of the position in order of importance:
Administrator/Power User for the document control system (training module) at the Lumberton and Moorestown facilities.
Initiate and maintain robust training program across the organization (on-boarding, annual, site-specific, departmental training activities, etc.)
Trains or oversees the training of departmental staff including, but not limited to: Production, Quality, Customer Service, etc.
Design and prepare training documentation including, but not limited to: PowerPoint Presentations, training tests and quizzes, training videos, and competency evaluations.
Communicates with the departmental management and staff to understand and implement training needs in that department.
Understand and implement training requirements specified by specific customers and/or external auditing requirements.
Maintain training requirements for each position along with matrix of training completed/to be completed for each of the required personnel.
Assists with determining root cause, corrective actions, and final dispositions for internal and external nonconforming material as it relates to training and the overall process.
Serves as an internal audit team member and fulfills all responsibilities for the audit plan, audit report, corrective actions, and follow-up activities. Performs monthly audits on the quality system and/or manufacturing facility as needed.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications (education, certification, experience, knowledge, skills, physical requirements)
Associates (2 year) degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum two years’ experience as a trainer or training facilitator.
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
Must be proficient in data entry, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, preparing training videos, and learning management systems.
Must exhibit attention to detail, critical thinking, effective communication skills, problem-solving, and training skills.
Available to work off-shifts as needed.
Travel may be required between the Lumberton and Moorestown facilities on a daily/weekly basis.
