We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Clovis, CA.
Job Description
CCLS is seeking a self-motivated Accounting Assistant to perform a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of management, be detail-oriented and organized, and enjoy a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Duties Include:
- Accounts Payable
- Bill Entry
- Insurance Claims
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Job Costing
- Vendor Releases
- General ledger
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Lien Waivers
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with month end close process.
- Maintain financial records for all accounts.
- Construction Billing
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
