Senior Revenue & Inventory Analyst

iHeartMedia Job Summary: iHeartMedia Inc.’s TTWN Revenue Management team seeks to hire a full-time Senior Revenue & Inventory Analyst, reporting to the Director of TTWN Revenue Management. Revenue & Inventory Analyst's help TTWN management maximize revenue through optimal pricing and inventory usage. In addition, the team serves as an integral part of the order fulfillment process, from reviewing proposals to ensuring proper delivery for clients. The department is a valued partner to sellers, the traffic and research teams and TTWN management. Responsibilities: Provides administrative and/or process support for contract administration, customer service, and order fulfillment Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with account deliverables, providing administrative support to operations by analyzing account fulfillment needs to ensure metrics are met consistently Review and maintain accurate product pricing, analyze sales proposals to ensure inventory utilization is optimized accurately and provide account recaps Generates reports related to sales activities & revenue data, inventory reports, account delivery, etc. Responds to client requests, e.g., spot times Provides mentoring to team members Helps identify procedural bottlenecks and strategizes improvements to alleviate Primary Duties: Monitor sellouts and provide info on available inventory Review proposals and orders from account executives Verify orders are priced appropriately given level of demand for market and time period Propose solutions to clear orders and maximize revenue Manage demand from account executives in order to optimize inventory usage Check submitted orders for accuracy Partner with scheduling team to prevent and address oversell situations Ensure proper delivery on network orders Track and report sales activity on daily/weekly basis Provide feedback to account executives and sales management throughout the order process Monitor network pricing and analyze performance to ensure accuracy Assist in maintaining up to date library of proprietary tools used by team members to maintain efficiencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of revenue management experience preferred but not required Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel High attention to detail Organized, self-motivated, disciplined and thorough Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations Ability to propose analytically-based solutions to problems Ability to collaborate successfully with diverse individuals Ability to work independently or in a team setting Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Work Experience 3-5 years’ experience in radio or media role Education 4-year college degree Location preference is Los Angeles/CA though consideration extended to nationwide for exceptional candidates outside of preferred geographical area.
