Part-time Residential Coordinator

25 hours per week, Non-exempt position with potential to grow into full-time over the course of the next year. Can be paired with 15 hours Direct Support Professional for a full-time benefited position.
The Options Department supports 120 people with disabilities to live more independently and to reach their life goals and dreams.
The Residential Coordinator provides team member supervision (training, support, scheduling, etc.), leadership, employee relationship building, caseload coordination, quality assurance, and program development. The position oversees and provides client-centered services and acts as a liaison with clients, guardians, county personnel, and other affiliates. Other duties as assigned.
What are the hours?
25 hours per week or 40 hours per week with Direct Support Professional
Flexible Monday–Friday 8 A.M.–5 P.M.
