CCS Facility Services has immediate openings for Night Janitors in the Goodyear and Buckeye area. Positions are available for experienced, dependable, and reliable team members.
You'll maintain your assigned area in a clean and orderly condition by performing the duties assigned, while delivering your company’s core values of Commitment, Professional Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement and Excellence. Schedule is Monday - Friday, Start times are either 3:00pm or 4:00pm, 32 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans classrooms, hallways, lounges, rest rooms and other work areas
- Sweeps, mops and vacuums floors
- Spot cleans rugs and carpets
- Dusts furniture and equipment
- Polishes metalwork
- Empties wastebaskets
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies
- Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months prior janitorial experience (Required)
- Must be able to pass a background check and E-Verify (Required)
- Must have reliable transportation (Required)
- Must be able to use backpack vacuum with an approximate weight of 15lbs (Required)
