What are the responsibilities and job description for the SQL Server DBA - REMOTE position at CCS IT?
We are seeking an SQL DBA - REMOTE to become an integral part of our development team! You will design strategies for database systems as well as set standards for operations, programming and security.
This is a short term project slated for 2-3 months.
7 years of professional DBA experience is required with a strong preference for a background across Software Development based companies.
This role is completely remote and the need is immediate.
Responsibilities:
Design and construct large relational databases
Integrate new systems with existing in-house structure
Perform security assessment for potential risks
Refine system performance and functionality
Provide architecture guidance and support to technical leads
Research new technologies and develop proofs of concept

Previous experience in database architecture, development, or other related fields
