The position is temporary with the potential to be full-time regular.
Pay Rate: $22.00

Education, Training and Skills Requirements
High school diploma, G.E.D. or work equivalent.
Required to work on-call duty when needed.
Effective use of and knowledge of various cleaning equipment, tools and products.
High level of organization, time management and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must operate efficiently in a fast dynamic environment.
Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation for the property.

Maintain the property in a superior condition.
Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property by ensuring that the lighting, grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots and other buildings and common areas are free of debris by cleaning and/or removing trash, graffiti and other items which affect the appearance and/or operation of the property.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order, requests replacements as necessary and assists in stocking inventory of parts and maintenance materials.
Achieve customer satisfaction through responsiveness to needs, enhanced communication and unparalleled professionalism.
Remove and place all debris and trash into appropriate receptacles prior to business hours daily.
Maintain property grounds well-groomed and clean at all times.
Follows cleaning schedule as directing using property equipment and supplies.
Recommend and communicate cost effective, time efficient programs and/or ideas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsible for safety storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials in accordance with company policies, procedures and product instruction.
Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
All duties and responsibilities shall be performed as set forth in our established policies and procedures.
No travel is required.
