As a IT Specialist (Systems Analysis) you will: Develop and make presentations on project status and technical issues pertinent to project and prepares other project related documentation such as project plans, schedules, budget documents, and statements of work. Make recommendations on how new application development concepts, techniques and tools could be applied to modernize IT systems. Analyze issues and defines the enterprise architectural application development standards to be used in new and modernized IT applications. Develop proposals to translate management objectives/directives into advanced IT application systems and reviews a variety of short, intermediate and long-range studies and projects to assure existing operational systems and methods provide the most effective and efficient manner of operation.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12-grade level of difficulty and responsibility in the Federal service as defined in the next paragraph.
