What Youll Do
The Clinical Quality Manager (CQM), RN is responsible for clinical operations of all assigned dialysis facilities within a specified region. This position is responsible for daily operations associated with quality care, clinical outcomes, applicable regulations, and contractual obligations. As the CQM you will be responsible for teammate training, continuing education, and changes in care released by industry leaders and regulators.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program required; Associates Degree in Nursing (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nurse (BSN) and/or Master of Nursing (MSN)
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR AHA BLS certification
- Member of ANNA and CNN preferred
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of Nephrology Nurse experience
- Ability to travel and schedule flexibility
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of all dialysis programs
- Manages the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including quality and clinical outcomes.
- Manages and provides support to new programs transitions and implementations.
- Provides leadership, coaching and development plans for programs as a dotted line leader and in partnership with clinical services leaders and regional directors.
- Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and recommends changes to policies and procedures following company protocol as needed
- Participates in the development and implements the area strategic plans, goals and objectives ensuring alignment with those of the region, division, and company.
- Implements quality goals and action plans to achieve quality standards.
- Travel, up to 50%
