What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at CDM Properties?
- Police clearance and/or requested security checks.
- After hours on-call as necessary
- Possess experience in residential apartment buildings
- Knowledge of hot water heating boiler systems and simple plumbing
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- WHIMIS and CSTS training an asset
- Must have vehicle
Duties:
Responsible for daily maintenance of Residential apartment buildings. This person will possess plumbing skills, the basics of electrical, carpentry and painting. Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Physical labour is required in this position
