The Medicare Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting product implementations and new initiatives, data analysis, commission administration, working with multiple internal and external customers, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. This position will also support the Medicare Sales Management team by analyzing operational data and sales metrics as needed and will support compliance initiatives as needed. The Medicare Operations Specialist should demonstrate a basic level of knowledge in reporting, problem solving, and ability to work autonomously.
QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree required. Two (2) years relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
- A minimum of one (1) years’ experience working in a CRM system required, Salesforce preferred.
- Basic experience with databases, spreadsheets, report design, or ad hoc reporting required.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales support or sales operations strongly preferred.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently required
- Demonstrated ability to positively affect change within an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with management and internal and external customers including brokers.
- Ability to support Medicare Sales Management by obtaining requirements, provide process improvement suggestions and execute project plans.
- Ability to follow direction and implement procedures that generate efficiencies
- Ability to understand analyze operational data and sales metrics
- Excellent organizational skills with an efficient and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office required
- Ability to perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
