Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our team and clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Hosting Interviews and Orientations: Coordinate and schedule interviews and orientations. Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all participants.
Receiving and Tracking Client Medications: Manage the receipt and tracking of client medications. Ensure all medications are properly documented and stored in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Maintaining Complete Employee and Client Files: Maintain comprehensive digital and physical files for all employees and clients. Ensure all files are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible.
Providing General Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the administration, employees, and clients. This may include answering inquiries, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
