Schedule: Monday - Friday, 50 hours/week (Regular Overtime Available)
Salary: $25 - $30/hr, Bonus Eligible (Quarterly)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety standards are met and maintained across all production operations.
- Assist in production planning to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager on various tasks and initiatives.
- Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in truss manufacturing is essential.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with diverse teams.
