JOB SUMMARY
The Area Director is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of Consumer Direct Care Network Companies within their assigned region, while maintaining compliance with Federal/State Regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules. Responsible to behave in a manner that will promote cohesiveness and collaboration between teams. This position is responsible for managing the general office affairs, leading Consumer Direct teams, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency in services provided within designated region, and meeting financial projections.
JOB DUTIES
Direct daily operations in a manner that supports company strategic anchors and thematic goals
Oversee the management of deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks
Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services
Collaborate with colleagues to provide standardized services and processes across areas
Oversee the contents of program scorecard, dashboard, and key performance indicators across the area
Oversee area-wide compliance with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns to implement process improvement efforts
Maintain knowledge of CDMS and Program Office services, systems, processes, and practices to promote consistency across the company
Coach and mentor direct reports to adopt systemic solutions that can be implemented area-wide
Oversee advanced reporting in their assigned area
Oversee complex service programs and special projects
Oversee the marketing of services to referral sources in their assigned area
Oversee professional development opportunities at all levels in their assigned area
Represent company at stakeholder meetings, health fairs and provider fairs
Responsible for maintaining positive financial health of the area
Proficient written and verbal communicator
Demonstrate dependability Exhibit a high degree of comfort with systems and technology to effectively streamline operations
Proficient problem solver and ability to handle multiple priorities
Demonstrate effective decision-making skills
Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow in their assigned area
Prioritize and multitask effectively
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Oversee the recruiting, hiring, training, and management of employees
Travel within the assigned geographic area is required
Bilingual preferred in various locations
Other duties as assigned
Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000/annually
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
6 years leadership experience preferred
Combination of education and experience
Meet requirements as outlined by program contracts

Be able to successfully pass a background screening
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
