Position Summary

Plan, organize, promote and execute company fundraising efforts, including corporate sponsorships, event support, planned giving, individual donations, and grants; develop, implement and manage a comprehensive communication plan to promote the organization to its stakeholders, donors and the public; maintain a robust social media presence to promote the organization and achieve goals; cultivate new relationships and maintain existing relationships with corporate and community partners to advance the mission of the organization.

Required Education/Experience

A bachelor’s degree; three (3) years of experience in project management, event coordination, marketing, business development or fundraising, including two (2) year of experience supervising and coordinating the work of others in achieving results; or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Self-directed with an ability to develop goals and initiatives and deliver on those initiatives.
  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills.
  • Strong customer relations management orientation.
  • Effectively use company software applications for managing development activities and outcomes.
