To join this team please have the following requirements :
- Must have strong social skills, must be flexible, versatile, and enjoy helping people and daily problem-solving.
- Daily concierge check-ins for the first few weeks of admissions stay, conduct a pre & post-admission satisfaction survey
- Assist’s staff for admission arrival and continued assistance during residents stay
- Computer know-how to use (Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Greet and orient the new admission residents and their family members to the Facility. Answer questions, make residents and family feel comfortable and welcomed.
