The Park Services Associate position fills the park’s janitorial/custodial duties. There are four primary tasks including sweeping all outdoor food patios and midways, bussing all outdoor food patio tables, pulling trash across the entire park and cleaning all guest facing restrooms. Job also requires helping Guests with situations and giving them a great experience. Position also upholds policies while promoting the company's values and Diversity, Equality and inclusion directives.

Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:
- Empties and disposes of trash and recyclable material while maintaining clean trash containers in assigned areas
- Cleans restroom toilets, urinals, sinks, counter tops, mirrors, floors, fixtures and restock necessary supplies
- Picks up trash throughout the park
- Maintains the cleanliness of tables, pavilions, and food patios as well as around dumpsters and behind-the-scenes locations
- Learns and complies with the safe and appropriate use of all chemicals necessary for the job
- Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
- Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Meets Cedar Fair's attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies.
- Adheres to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and understand English at a level sufficient to interact with guests; provide basic directions; and answer guest questions.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
