Cedar Glen Landscapers are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience, and where management and leadership skills are developed for future advancement.
- Work on a team performing various services on clients’ properties
- Manage and oversee crew’s safety, efficiency, and quality
- Keep crew’s vehicle and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Train and help develop crew members
- Safely and efficiently operate landscape maintenance, as well as snow and ice management tools and equipment.
- Enhance curb appeal and beautify outdoor spaces.
Requirements
- Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to handle the physical demands of the position
- Be punctual and reliable
- Accountability to themselves and to their team
- Ownership of Job
- Be someone others want to work with
