Cedar Hill Pediatrics, is a very busy pediatics office located on the Brockton/Easton line looking for a full time RN and part time LPN to join our team for support to our clinical team. Looking for a passionate Triage Nurse's with critical thinking skills as well as listening in dealing with wide variety of pediatric medical conditions.

  • Respond promptly to each incoming call and assist patients/families by providing standardized care.
  • Listens, communicates, and documents simultaneously and navigates computer programs to assess, process, educate and document all information in a professional manner.
  • Conduct a thorough clinical assessment of symptoms and confidently determine the appropriate level of care required to safely meet the patient’s medical need.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilizes critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize and match symptoms to protocol, assigning acuity (emergent, urgent, acute, and non-acute)
  • Accesses patient information via EMR. Documents encounter and decision making in EMR in a concise and accurate manner, utilizing the patient's own words as appropriate.
  • Answers and addresses clinical questions sent by patients via the patient portal.
  • Schedules routine and acute appointments for patients based on their needs.
  • Consults and coordinates with health care team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement.
  • Epic experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
