DSP/Caregiver, Weekends Part-time

Direct Support Professional - Caregiver

Location: Cedar Lake Lodge (La Grange, KY) approx. 20-35 minutes from downtown Louisville

Requires at least 5 full week days during first shift to complete the required training in La Grange, KY.

$20/hour, Part-time, 24 hours per week.

Available shifts: 7a-7p Saturday & Sunday or 7p-7a Saturday & Sunday

What you’ll do:

The DSP provides general and specialized care and support to each individual. The care and support include activities of daily living, productive activities, and leisure activities as appropriate. The DSP will provide active treatment, safety, and supervision to individuals of the lodge while promoting inclusion in the community.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Kentucky or Indiana Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Preferred Experience

• 1 year Caregiving
