What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nurse position at CEDAR PARK GROUP?
Cedar Park Med is looking to hire a school Registered Nurse for an immediate opening.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide basic healthcare to students in case of injury or acute illness
- Direct treatment, evaluations, screenings, consultations with all professionals involved in the student's educational program
- Group treatments, attendance at CSE meetings and annual reviews
- Ensure compliance with national and local health laws
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience
- Valid NYS RN license
- COVID vaccine
