Cedar Park Group is seeking a skilled Solar Superintendent to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing solar field projects, ensuring safety, and coordinating with various teams to meet project goals efficiently.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM (10-hour days or 8-hour days, as preferred)
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- College or university degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of solar experience or accredited education within the solar field
- Technical working knowledge of construction trades, including civil, electrical, structural and mechanical
- OSHA 10-hour training certificate required
- OSHA 30-hour training certificate preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to read and comprehend design plans of civil, mechanical and electrical construction trades, including electrical line diagrams

- Experience in utilizing computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat
- Familiar with operating material handling heavy equipment, specifically but not limited to, skid steer and telehandler
- Ability to travel and work remotely from jobsite locations
- Ability to maneuver around any and all construction sites, including rooftops
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions across all four seasons
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management with daily jobsite control
- Enforce jobsite safety
- Manage and coordinating multiple subcontractors, including aligning order of operations and implementation of tasks
- Coordinating with Project Management, Design, local AHJ, and client teams regarding implementation of and completion of tasks
- Provide regular progress reports of construction statuses
- Serve as supporting role in approval of design changes; implement, track and document as-built changes to project team
- Support management and maintenance of site compliance
- Serve as supporting role in QC/QA of product
- Serve as supporting role in management of Balance of Plant and commissioning of project completion
Additional Information:
- No per diem for local hires within 60 minutes of the job site.
- Direct hire or temp-to-hire positions available.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
