Located minutes from downtown Austin, Cedar Park Regional Medical Center is a level IV Designated Trauma Center with more than 700 healthcare professionals working together to provide inpatient, outpatient, surgical and emergency care for Cedar Park and the greater Austin region.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team!
Responsibilities
Works as a liaison and project manager between Administration, IS, and the clinical and financial departments. Performs user administration for all supported applications and network operating systems and ensures appropriate rights and privileges are granted to each user. Monitors system backups to ensure key systems are protected from data loss. Evaluates system performance and capacity planning metrics to ensure all systems are operating at peak efficiency. Plans and executes system administration functions including operating system and application patch management. Trains end-users on new and existing systems. Documents procedures for new and existing systems and completes training programs as needed. Responds to and meets end-user and department needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree Computer Science
- 3 years experience as a systems administrator or related field, including project management experience, in the healthcare industry
- Minimum 3 years experience with clinical and financial applications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft operating systems and Novell Netware
