Job Title: Executive Officer

Location: Cedar Valley Home Builders Association, Cedar Valley, Iowa

Type: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week, hybrid remote and in-office

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Cedar Valley Home Builders Association.
  • Plan and execute various events, including but not limited to seminars, workshops, and networking events.
  • Recruit new members and retain existing members through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Represent the association in meetings, conferences, and other industry-related events.
  • Serve as a liaison between the association and its members, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Board of Directors to support the goals and objectives of the association

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
