Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide medical, emotional, and social support. Duties:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to the patient's dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Assist with laundry and household chores.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as ambulation, transfers, and toileting.
- Perform CPR as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent require
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
