What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precision Assembler position at Celadon Systems, Inc.?
Position Summary: This position is responsible for manipulating probe wires into correct alignment position on Celadon’s high performance probe cards and other assembly duties for customer orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Under a high-powered microscope, manipulate probes with a tweezer to meet the alignment specifications.
- Ability to prep, build, and test wires for inventory or WIP jobs.
- Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
- Manage jobs and inventory using an ERP system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following cleanroom guidelines.
- Work with engineers to document and update processes and procedures.
- Respectfully take direction from production lead or supervisor.
- Adhere to company’s quality management system and procedures.
Other Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively use a microscope.
- Ability to work with and manipulate small parts.
- Basic computer skills to perform fundamental tasks including MS Excel and Outlook.
- Skilled in operating small hand tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
