The US EM Inventory analyst role is a position within the Controller’s Systems & Reporting group. This role will work closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of FP&A, Plant, and Regional Shared Service teams. It will be responsible for supporting the Pensacola production facility.
Responsibilities
· Perform all related inventory related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the Pensacola production facility.
· Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to be reviewed by Team Lead.
· Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
· Prepare key ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.
· Consistently improve process and functional performance through innovative approaches to challenges.
· Identify, solve, and/or escalate accounting issues to Team Lead, where applicable.
· Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Required Education Level
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline, required.
· CPA, strongly preferred
· Master’s degree, preferred
Required Experience
· Minimum 3 years public accounting or private accounting experience, required.
· General ledger accounting, required
· Inventory experience, required
· Manufacturing experience, strongly preferred
· Public company experience, strongly preferred
