CANDIDATES MUST BE TECHNOLOGY-FOCUSED & ABLE

POSITION OVERVIEW: Under the direct supervision of the Processing Manager, this position provides support for the branch loan officers, and agents. In addition to loan setup, disclosing, and answering phones. This position may perform duties such as collecting borrower's information, loan processing and loan document drawing. Also, it answers non-routine correspondence and assebles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of external callers, visitors, and internal contacts at all levels of theb organization. Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients. Collect all outstanding items to further process the loan application.
  • Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service.
  • Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork.
  • Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any disrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer.
  • Provide administration support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, ETC.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented enviorment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required; LOS, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
  • Comprehensive of basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, Conventional, Down Payment Assistant, Etc.
  • NMLS license or training is not required, but desired.
  • 2-3 years of professional office enviorment and administration or mortgage experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred

MUST BE TECHNICALLY INCLINED & READY TO LEARN.

We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications:

  • Full-Time/ Part-Time availability
  • YOU MUST BE WILLING TO GO THROUGH OUR TRAINING.
  • Have a GREAT technical background (Online / Mobile)
  • Familiarity with your local area's real estate market.
  • Willingness to learn the CELER MORTGAGE, INC. process, use new tools, systems, and technologies, and follow the company protocol.
  • Always displays a positive attitude and is an excellent communicator.
  • Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels.
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
