Celigo is looking for a Channel Systems Analyst who will be primarily responsible for implementing the strategy and process for Celigo’s partner channels, improving existing data flows and recommending operational efficiencies. The Channel Systems Analyst will also assist in the configuration and maintenance of Celigo’s PRM to ensure seamless partner on-boarding and enablement. Weekly monitoring and reporting of project updates, working with scrum teams to develop business requirements, and close engagement with enablement teams are regular responsibilities in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document end-to-end channel processes in collaboration with partner teams, educate end users on system functionality
  • Analyze gaps, recommend improvements and influence the workstream execution
  • Partner with stakeholders to report on project updates and to present on recommendations to leadership
  • Work closely with integrations and analytics teams to design data flows, create reporting requirements for weekly channel KPIs for leadership reporting
  • Implement state-of-the-art bi-directional pipeline routing with partners and internal customers
  • Configure PRM systems and work with developers to automate, streamline and scale channel processes

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience as an analyst working in the channel domain
  • Experience working in business technology or operational teams 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Effective Project Management Skills
  • Superior Data Management and Administration Skills
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating reports in Tableau or similar tools
  • Experience in Sales, Partner or Community Cloud.
