The compensation for this position ranges from $155,000- $195,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. YOUR IMPACT
Sales Planning
- Lead the monthly best estimates process for all categories: align Regional Partners (Merchandising, Finance, …) and Central Business Planning Team
- Justify and document all updates to sales plan, challenging and being challenged by Central Teams on the plan, on the mix between permanents and seasonal, and on the OTB proposals
- Act as a strong business partner to the Merchandising and Central Planning teams during Buying Session
- Express accurate monthly forecasts of sales at SKU level next 12-18 months on all categories,
- Ensure timely communication of either overstock or out of stock projections to both Regional and Central Teams
- Act as a strong business enabler for the region, in proximity with Retail teams, ensuring the correct balance of stock level, commercial opportunity, and Client experience, gaining the trust of the Retail and Merchandising communities
- Fine-tune regional Supply and Regional Distribution, with appropriate level of challenge to Central and Regional teams, to optimize current stock availability and coverage, respecting the worldwide stock policies
- Adapt permanent items distribution to several scenarios: phase in, phase out, partial or complete shortage, holiday season, local seasonalities…
- Monitor adequate stock level in region throughout the season according to sales plan, paying close attention to seasonal launches and bets, from set up proposal to store allocation
- Proactively rebalance stock in case of shortages or lower remaining stock and size consolidation.
- Uphold our one-stock/omnichannel vision: stock mutualized in regional DC for all canals, fast and frequent replenishment to stores, stock pool for all canals
- Work in a commercial and strategic way with both local and central teams to ensure the best outcomes for the business – current and future
- Act as a strong business partner transversally, with Retail, with Merchandising, with Finance, reviewing and challenging their inputs and needs for effective support of the business
- Contribute to the Transformation of Supply Chain (vision, processes, tools) led by Central teams
- Drive/ participate into regional projects led by or involving supply chain, such as stock pre-selling processes and tools, stock rebalancing, assortment strategies, store openings….
- Uphold and optimize our Omnichannel / Mutualized stock model to leverage Client experience, access to all our product range, and assortment productivity
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
- 10 years of sales planning and distribution experience in fashion or related industry
- Strong leadership & strategic skills with an experience of building and rolling out a vision
- Good communication skills with a proven track-record of interfacing locally and centrally
- A natural ability to take responsibility for clear and challenging decisions
- Strong analytical skills
- Tools savvy: Anaplan, Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables, macros), Power BI
- Passionate, self-motivated and proactive
- Good team player
