Juvenile Behavioral Health Specialist - Juvenile Detention Center

Schedule Details

• Full Time Schedules
• Weekends are required
• 8 hour shifts available (2pm - 10pm) or (10pm - 6am)
• Contract Position

Job Duties

• Will be assigned 8 Juveniles to monitor and work with daily
• Attending onsite schooling and providing oversight
• Charting patient information
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution
• Associates degree or requivalent with major course work in child psychology, sociology or a related field. A Bachelors degree may substitute for 1 year of required experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience working in a similar type of setting (Youth Detention/Correctional Center, Youth Residential setting, setting that provides programming for at risk youth).
