Our top retail client is looking for a dynamic Photo Retoucher to join their Marketing team and help their customers live better, raising the bar for an entire industry along the way.As a Photo Retoucher, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity of one of the world's leading retail brands. Your expertise in image retouching and creative collaboration will directly contribute to our client's dynamic and innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a passion for Marketing imagery and advanced image manipulation and has a desire to be a part of a fast-paced team, where every day is different, and the only constant is change. Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects and facilitate the work going to other members of the team as well as third-party vendors.
QC work from vendors to ensure all work is done to spec and meets the brand standards.
Retouch imagery for web and print use, including beauty, apparel, product, and food.
Conduct print proofing for signage and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with Outsourcing, Freelancers, In-house Retouchers, Post-Production Managers, and Art Directors to produce marketing-driven imagery.
Stay up to date with current brand guidelines and ensure all imagery aligns with these standards.
Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and adapt to incremental rush requests.
Maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and accuracy across all images and projects.
Comfortably work with ambiguity and handle other post-production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
A 4-year degree in Photography or a related field.
5-7 years' experience in photo editing or retouching.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Professional level photo-retouching skills, including masking, color correcting, skin correct, and compositing.
Required experience in pre-press and retouching for print.
Video Editing experience using Premiere Pro is highly advantageous.
3D image creation.
